Acknowledging the underlying goal for travelers to remain mindful on-the-go, Mindfresh has partnered with YOTEL, an international hotel brand uncompromisingly designed around guests. Together, we developed a fun, quick and instructional video series to help guests easily relax and unwind while away from home.
The videos are featured on a dedicated YOTEL TV channel allowing guests to ‘wake-up,’ ‘motivate’ and ‘unwind’ through a morning, afternoon and evening routine. Just as a YOTEL cabin has everything you need, but nothing you don’t, these short and interactive videos include everything a guest will need for an ideal wake-up, afternoon pick-me-up, and evening wind-down, but nothing extra to clutter the mind space.
Recognizing the trend in travelers yearning to be more considerate of their body & mind while away from home, these videos aim to provide a fun, quirky solution to an increasingly common pain point.
Good news: Mindfresh fans can enjoy these videos outside of YOTEL right here. Keep reading…

This sequence of stretches is intentionally designed to gently wake the body from sleep from the comfort of your cabin. Often, we throw ourselves out of bed in the morning, setting the tone for the day ahead. By starting the day off with awareness and intention, we carry it with us into our relationships, work and experiences. This sequence takes just a few minutes to mindfully lengthen the muscles, warm up the joints and increase circulation.
By the time afternoon rolls around, many of us have been sitting for an extended period of time. Whether it’s working at a computer, traveling on a plane or watching a show, sitting for too long leads to brain fog. This sequence is designed to be a mid-day pick-me-up, so you can get back to the real you while away from the comforts of home. Boost blood flow throughout the body, practice finding balance, release tension in the hips and tune up our body posture through opening up the shoulders all in a few minutes, in-cabin.
After a demanding day, many of us have a hard time winding down before bed. If we head to sleep with a tense body and racing mind, we are all guaranteed to wake up in the middle of the night. Since tomorrow promises another challenge, and it’s important to wake up refreshed, this evening series was designed to release the day. Lose the stress in the neck, relax the lower back with twists and a forward fold, calm our nervous system with an even-part breath and end with yoga nidra, relaxing each part of the body for a restful night’s sleep.
